One becomes an idolater by placing excessive devotion or worship towards something or someone other than God. This can happen when one becomes overly attached to material possessions, power, fame, or even other people, to the point where these things take precedence over their relationship with God. Idolatry can also occur when one prioritizes their own desires and ambitions above God's will and teachings. Ultimately, idolatry stems from a lack of faith and a failure to recognize God as the ultimate source of love, guidance, and fulfillment. **

A Christian is not an idolater because they worship and serve the one true God, as revealed in the Bible. They believe in the Holy Trinity - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - and do not worship any other gods or idols. They follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and believe in the salvation through faith in Him, rather than relying on idols or other deities for their spiritual well-being. In Christianity, idolatry is considered a sin and goes against the fundamental beliefs of the faith. **

It's possible that your parents are using the term "idolater" to express their disapproval of certain beliefs or practices that they perceive as conflicting with their own religious or cultural values. They may feel that you are not following the traditions or beliefs that they hold dear, and this can lead to a sense of misunderstanding and frustration. It's important to have open and honest conversations with your parents to try to bridge the gap and find common ground, even if you may not see eye to eye on everything. Communication and understanding can help to build a stronger relationship and mutual respect. **

E-commerce is not sustainable for several reasons. First, the increase in online shopping leads to higher energy consumption and carbon emissions from transportation and packaging. Additionally, the rise of fast fashion and disposable consumer goods in e-commerce contributes to environmental degradation and waste. Furthermore, the reliance on large warehouses and fulfillment centers for e-commerce operations can lead to land use and habitat destruction. Finally, the convenience of e-commerce can lead to overconsumption and unnecessary purchases, further straining the environment. **

Books are generally considered more sustainable than e-books. While e-books do not require physical materials like paper and ink, they have a significant environmental impact due to the energy and resources required to produce and dispose of electronic devices. Additionally, the production and disposal of e-readers contribute to electronic waste, which can be harmful to the environment. On the other hand, books can be made from sustainably sourced materials and are often recyclable. Therefore, in terms of sustainability, books are generally the more environmentally friendly option. **

Another idea could be a solar-powered water purification system that can provide clean drinking water in remote or disaster-stricken areas. Additionally, a wearable technology that uses kinetic energy from movement to generate electricity for charging electronic devices could be a sustainable and innovative product. **
